Refund policy
At Rahati, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. If something isnβt right, you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and it must be returned with everything that came with it. If the product has been used, opened, or damaged after delivery, we may not be able to approve the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval by email. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a damaged item received.

Rahati currently offers returns and refunds. We do not offer exchanges or store credit for returns.
