Rahati ships worldwide from Lebanon.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive another email with tracking details (when available).

Delivery times vary depending on your country, customs processing, and the local carrier. While we do our best to ship quickly, international deliveries can sometimes take longer than expected due to factors outside our control.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your household, neighbors, or local carrier first. If it still can’t be located, contact us at pt-tip97@gmail.com , and we will help you look into it.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you properly.
